Foster and Adoptive Care...

Foster care services are provided for younger children in need of a stable, Christian home environment.  Through BCHFS foster care, children receive compassionate care while receiving the love of a healthy, functioning family.

Adoption placement and home study services are available through our Mt. Vernon location and all regional offices. Adoptive families are given the hope and joy that children bring to their homes while birth parents (through our pregnancy care program) are secure in the knowledge that their child is being placed in a secure, stable, Christian home.

Currently, domestic (Illinois) and international (Peru) adoptions are available for Illinois residents meeting basic BCHFS adoption requirements.  BCHFS continues to search for ways to expand our international adoption program.
