BCHFS Ministries: BCH, Angels' Cove & Pathways

Baptist Children’s Home (BCH) Provides residential care for children who are struggling behaviorally or are the victims of abuse, abandonment or neglect.

in Mt. Vernon Provides care for young women facing crisis pregnancy as well as foster care, international and domestic adoption services.

Provides professional, confidential, Christian counseling to the couples, individuals and families.

BCHFS is a private non-profit 501(c)(3) agency operating in affiliation with the Illinois Baptist State Association. BCHFS serves children and families without regard to race, gender or religious preference. Except for some fees related to adoptions, services are provided regardless of a client's ability to pay.

A history of making a difference in the lives of others throughout Illinois and beyond.

Baptist Children's Home and Family Services has been caring for children and families in need since 1918. While the situations are unique for each child and family, nearly all can point to the breakdown of the family as the main reason they come to BCHFS for help. Our three main ministries are designed to work together with the common goal of producing healthier individuals and stronger families.
