The BCHFS management team members include the following people. Together they represent over 100 years of non-profit child care and management experience. Our staff strives to reflect Christ in everything they do. Note: Baptist Children's Home & Family Services is a private 501c(3) child caring agency operated in affiliation with the Illinois Baptist State Association.

Doug Devore has been an employee of Baptist Children's Home and Family Services for over thirty-five years and has been executive director since 1995. He works closely with the BCHFS board of trustees—an elected, voluntary board that governs BCHFS.
